We are proud to showcase FFT Produktionssysteme, a world-leading German company specializing in the development, planning, and execution of turnkey manufacturing solutions across the automotive, aerospace, white goods industries, and beyond. In addition, we will highlight the services of our technology partner, Composites United (CU)—one of the world’s largest networks dedicated to the design of composite materials and lightweight multi-material components, including aluminium, CFRP, and hybrid materials.

Visitors to our website will also be able to follow the progress of our Auto Hub Project in the New Cairo Industrial Zone, spanning 6,000 sqm. This project marks a milestone in the Egyptian automotive market as the first integrated car service centre powered by AI tools such as Machine Learning and Digital Twin technologies, transforming car maintenance from preventive to predictive to save cost & time.

The global automotive industry is undergoing an unprecedented technological transformation, shifting from internal combustion engine (ICE) powertrains to New Energy Vehicle (NEV) and rapidly evolving toward the Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV)—a connected digital platform reliant on software, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and advanced AI platforms to analyse driver and vehicle behaviour for enhanced safety and performance.
